Description
The same concept of drivers causing traffic because they want to reduce travel time for themselves is conceived in this article. The tragedy of commons occurs when people are expecting to use the roads as they please and going above the speed limit and running into slower traffic which eventually causes a jam. The emissions are also polluting the air because cars running on idle gives off more pollution.
