Pomodoro Technique – I tried this for awhile to keep myself focused at work. But it was just too distracting. I felt like the timer was constantly going off and I was jumping up and down to take breaks so much I couldn't get any work done. I prefer to focus on one major project for at least a couple of hours, then take a good break.
