In a survey of 541 HR employees, social media policies were the biggest adversity of 2013, reported 41.7% of respondents. The 2nd most problematic policies of 2013 were cell phones and distracted driving, then attendance and punctuality policies. Rounding up the top 5 were computer and internet policies and FMLA policies (both cited by 15.9% of respondents).
