visual analysis of a piece of music from a color-theory class with vasily kandinsky_1930 heinrich-siegfried bormann 1909-1982 The piece above is a stark reminder that long before computers and adobe illustrator people were creating detailed, informative and beautiful informational graphics by hand. This work was created by a student at the bauhaus in 1930 just after the school had been relocated to Berlin from it’s home in Dessau and was being lead by Mies van der Rohe.
